CANCELLATIONS
Once orders have been sent for fulfilled and shipped they may not be cancelled.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
In order to return goods for credit, please include your packing slip in the box, affix the return label (attached to the front of your packing slip) to the outside of the box, seal and take to any authorized shipper. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to by Customer Service.
